  • Nintendo Switch Games based on their rankings (according to Metacritic)

There are many games that have come out for the Nintendo Switch, some being great experiences, others… not so much. Something I noticed is that a lot of the most beloved Switch games are first party games created by Nintendo. However, not all the highest rated games were made by Nintendo, others were made by other games studios and independent game creators.

The most highly rated game is one that I haven’t played yet, which is called The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, which is an open world game with hours upon hours of fighting, crafting, experimentation, and much more. The second-highest game is called Mario Oddessy, which is the first game I got on my Switch, which was extremely fun due to the amount of gameplay in terms of level, characters, items to use, storyline, and much more. Both games have sold millions of copies and create massive amounts of enjoyments for people all around the world.

Here’s where I got the rankings from:

  • Nintendo Switch 2 Specs

All Nintendo fans have been hopeful for the Nintendo Switch 2 release. Nintendo has released the specs of the unreleased console recently, and it’s looking pretty impressive compared to the last generation of Nintendo consoles. Many fans are excited to get their hands on the Switch 2 when it releases.

Nintendo made quite a few iterations from the Switch over to the Switch 2. Firstly, the Nintendo Switch 2 screen, will be 7.9 inches wide compared to the 6.2 inch width of the original Switch. The Switch 2 will also run at 120 fps at 1080p, which is considerably faster than the Switch at 60 fps at 720p. Other hardware has been updated like the Wi-Fi Card, CPU, GPU, and much more.

  • Quantum Computing

Quantum computing is a fascinating technology that will change the way we do computing forever. Quantum computing will allow for computers to process information at speeds much higher than any traditional computer can ever. These computers work by using principles of quantum mechanics (superposition and entanglement), that allows the computer to calculate complex problems by solving them in multiple computational states.

Unfortunately, at the moment, however, quantum computing is not commercially viable for a couple of reasons. Firstly, quantum computers must be kept near zero kelvin in order for the qubits to function correctly. Next, quantum computing is costly and is not commercially viable because of this. Quantum computing is also not fully understood yet, as scientists are still making new discoveries in this field every day. Although, there are a couple issues with quantum computing at the moment, many scientists believe that we can overcome these barriers and push ourselves ahead into a quantum future.

  • Generative AI

Generative AI is the way of the future as it’s being incorporated into many electronic systems. One of the biggest makers of Generative AI is Open AI, who developed the well known Generative AI model, ChatGPT. Hundred’s of billions of dollars is being invested into this new technology.

There are certain functions that Generative AI can perform and do like the likes of humans. Examples include doing basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division), basic reading comprehension, basic science (Chemistry, Physics, etc.), and more. Generative AI will only grow in its capabilities as time and progress in the field progresses.
